Post-Master's
Certificate
Post-Master's Certificate Programs are an option for nurses who have already earned their MSN degrees and who would like to qualify to sit for a certification exam that would allow them to focus in a new area of specialization.
Exams are provided by the American Nurse Credentialing Center, which is a part of the American Nurses Association (ANCC). Students can choose from generalist, advanced practice, and clinical specialist exams in almost 30 areas.
